POST NAB WRAP-UP

Join members of the Calgary FCPUG who were at NAB 2008 (National Association of Broadcasters) to learn more about what is new and innovative from the show floor.

SPECIAL GUEST – JONATHAN ERIC TYRRELL

Jonathan Eric Tyrrell, an editor, colourist, Final Cut Studio Master Trainer and one of the contributing writers of the Apple Pro Training Series book "Optimizing Your Final Cut Pro System", will be here from Vancouver to show and talk about his work on "Centigrade", an 18 minute short film which received a number of Leo nominations, including Best Picture Editing of a Short Drama. Jonathan will also take on questions regarding Final Cut Studio 2, in particular integrating Color into your workflow.

As you have probably noticed we are in our new meeting space on the fifth floor of the the U of C Bio Science building again this month. This offers us a larger space with seating for everyone.
